Conveniently located across the street from the beach and eateries, walking distance to additional eateries and shopping. Directly across from Oak Island Pier; great for fishing. Seasonal pool and hot tub, grille and picnic area. Private walkway and gazebo across the street leading to the beach.

The Yaupon Dunes pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.
