**Please note as of September 2025 the bunk beds are not in the property. We will rebuild them in the off season 25/26. In the interim there is a comfortable sitting area and a double tall self inflating air bed to sleep everybody comfortably. **The condo is designed to comfortably sleep a family of 4 without the bigger property price tag. This is also as close as you can get to oceanfront without that added expense as well.

Guests have access to the condo that is specifically maintained as a vacation unit. There's a public beach access across the street and a private pool shared by condo HOA.

Getting Around:
We walk nearly everyday. The boardwalk and eateries are a fast walk down the beach. AMAZING!

The beach access is right across the street less than 1 block. Lots of dining, activity, and bars within a couple of mins. walk.
