Booking Agreement: A signed agreement is required prior to check-in

- TRAVELING WITH A DOG?

Dogs must remain leashed in accordance with local regulations. From April 1 through September 30, dogs are allowed on the beach before 9:00 AM and after 5:00 PM and are not allowed between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. From October 1 through March 31, dogs are allowed on the beach throughout the day.

Guests are responsible for following current Town of Carolina Beach regulations during their stay.

- A NOTE ABOUT POOL HEATING

Pool heating is offered seasonally and is dependent on weather conditions. Pool heaters work most effectively when overnight air temperatures remain above roughly 60°F. During colder weather, the system may be unable to reach or maintain the desired water temperature even while operating continuously.

For this reason, pool heating availability and performance cannot be guaranteed during periods of unusually cool weather.
