Pets must be of select breeds, non-shedding, 2+ years old, up-to-date on all shots, treatments and crate trained. Due to allergies cats cannot be accepted. We do not accept aggressive breeds.

This roomy one bedroom, one bath, second floor vacation rental includes a king bed and 1100 square feet of living space. It is a mile from Sunset Beach and between Wilmington, NC and Myrtle Beach, SC. The villa overlooks the breathtaking Maples course--one of three signature golf courses at Sea Trail Resort.

Unwind in comfort in the sizable living room with a flat screen TV and comfortable seating. The screened porch is accessible from the living room and bedroom. Sprawl out on the king size bed and appreciate not only the view but your favorite TV shows also.

The unit is completely equipped with dishes, pots, pans and complimentary spices. Take advantage of the enormous laundry room with washer and dryer to avoid packing tons of clothing! The freshly modernized bathroom offers space galore. Appreciate the cavernous dining area or snack at the bar – stools included.

About the Area

Located in Sea Trail, a neighborhood in Sunset Beach, this condo is next to a golf course and by the sea. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

• Summer months are high season in Sunset Beach. To get the most suitable vacation home within your budget, we recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
• Property management companies sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Check with your property manager to see if discounts are available for your family.
• Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance protection. • On check-out day, take a final walk-through to make sure you did not forget anything. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
