Welcome to your Wilmington home away from home! Located in the handsome and beautiful Marsh Oaks community, this cavernous 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home offers the ideal combination of comfort, space, and convenience for families, couples, business travelers, and extended stays.
Savor a peaceful residential setting while staying within painless reach of Wrightsville Beach, downtown Wilmington, shopping, eateries, parks, and local attractions.

The Space
Step inside and make yourself at home in bright, comfortable living spaces designed for calming and spending time together.
The highlight of the home is the roomy primary suite, featuring a impressive private bathroom with a sizable walk-in shower and plenty of room to relax at the end of the day.
The home also features a dedicated additional room with a desk, giving you a peaceful space for remote work, studying, or simply unwinding. Free high-speed WiFi makes working from home simple, while the formal dining room provides a fabulous place to gather for meals and special moments together.
A full laundry room with washer and dryer is available for your convenience—especially helpful for families, beach trips, and longer stays.

Outdoor Living
One of our favorite features of the home is the outdoor space!
Step onto the back deck or appreciate the broad 700-square-foot patio and spacious backyard, ideal for morning coffee, family time, or a relaxing evening outdoors.
Feeling competitive? There’s also a basketball goal in the backyard for both kids and adults to savor.
For cookouts, we provide both huge and modest charcoal BBQ grilles.

Beach & Recreation Extras
We’ve included a few extras to make your Wilmington hideaway even more enchanting:
* Beach chairs and a cooler for your beach days
* Tennis rackets and three new tennis balls
* Extensive and modest charcoal grilles
* Basketball goal
* Fresh bed linens and bath towels
* High-speed WiFi

Pet Friendly
We’re happy to welcome well-behaved dogs! Please include your pet in your reservation or let us know when booking so we can prepare the home accordingly.
Nearby Ogden Park is a great option for walks and outdoor time with your pup.
When walking dogs within the neighborhood, please be considerate of our neighbors and avoid accepting family pets to relieve themselves near mailboxes or directly in front of neighboring homes. Please always clean up after your pet.
We also kindly ask that dogs not use the backyard as their primary potty area, helping us keep the outdoor space clean and delightful for everybody.

Parking
The driveway comfortably accommodates two enormous cars, and additional complimentary street parking is available. Please be careful not to block neighbors’ mailboxes so mail delivery remains accessible.
Additional complimentary parking is also available at the end of the block.

A Few House Notes
We want you to relax and feel completely at home while also helping us take care of this special property and neighborhood.
We kindly ask guests to remove shoes before going upstairs and treat the home with the same care and respect they would their own.
Trash collection is early Thursday morning. If your stay includes Wednesday nighttime and the bin needs to be emptied, we greatly enjoy your help placing it at the curb Wednesday evening or early Thursday morning.

Whether you’re coming to Wilmington for a family vacation, beach hideaway, work trip, or an extended stay, this Marsh Oaks getaway gives you the space and amenities to settle in, relax, and enjoy everything Wilmington has to offer.

We’d appreciate to welcome you!
