The open living, dining & kitchen areas offer a new coastal vibe that's ideal for calming and entertaining. You will find 4 appealing sized bedrooms and 2 full baths off the main living area all on one level. This home has been charmingly refreshed with modern coastal decor'. The kitchen is well supplied and offers a Keurig and a coffee pot.

Start your day in the oceanfront sunroom or sundeck taking in the elegant vistas of the ocean, beach, and elegant sunrises! There's a generous size oceanfront sundeck space with steps leading down to the beach!

After putting the kids to bed, relax and appreciate a peaceful evening taking in the pretty sunsets from the sunroom or sundeck.

Only Saturday to Saturday weekly units during the entire year.

Publix and Dollar General are less than a mile, and Food Lion is 1.3 miles from our home. After your day on the beach you can enjoy many great eateries close by on Oak Island, and within a short driving distance, (15 min. drive), to Southport Marina.
