▪️ This property comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests. Kindly register the correct total number of guests supplied in your reservation.
▪️ There are no surveillance or recording devices located on the property.
▪️ Dogs are welcome with a $75 fee per dog. min. of 2 dogs allowed, with a 10 lb weight limit per dog. No breed restrictions apply. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damages.
▪️ The property currently uses a Teeho keypad lock for guest access. Guests will receive their unique access code prior to arrival.
▪️ We offer options for early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability and additional costs.
▪️ Mid-stay cleaning and other concierge services may be available upon request for an additional fee.
▪️ This home is part of a duplex property. While all interior living spaces are completely private, some exterior areas may be shared with guests staying in the neighboring unit.
▪️ Guests will enjoy private access to their own balcony and outdoor shower.
▪️ The property is located just blocks from the beach and steps from the Island Greenway, making it easy to enjoy Carolina Beach's outdoor recreation, dining, and coastal attractions.

⭐ HOME RULES ⭐
▪️ Unregistered guests (including visiting) are not allowed. Additional costs may apply.
▪️ Pets are welcome with a fee per pet. Max # of family pets: 2 (dogs under 10lbs only). Pets must be registered and reported to the host. Host should also be informed if you have a service animal. Ensure that they are well-behaved and that you take necessary precautions to prevent any damage and additional cleaning. Pet/Service Animal owners will be responsible for any additional cleaning costs or damages caused.
▪️ No smoking within the property’s premises.
▪️ No events, events, or huge gatherings allowed.
▪️ Please observe peaceful hours from 9PM to 8AM.
▪️ Respect the neighbors. Do not park on their premises or cause any disturbances.
▪️ Respect the home. Do not damage or take anything. Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay. All furnishings, appliances, and items should be returned to their original place.
▪️ Do not flush anything down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues. Guests will be held responsible for any plumbing issues or damages caused by improper use.
▪️ Report anything that is not working or broken upon check-in. Any issues that are not reported within 24hrs after check-in time may be considered to have occurred during your stay and could be subject to applicable charges.
▪️ Follow the check-in/check-out instructions. Guests will be held responsible for any issues that arise from not adhering to these instructions, including, but not limited to: adhering to check-in/out time, completing check-out tasks, parking, etc.
▪️ Pre-check-in requirements must be finished before arrival. Guests must sign the Rental Agreement, submit a valid government-issued photo ID, and authorize the security deposit through our secure third-event platform (SecureStay). Check-in instructions and property access will only be supplied after the verification process has been successfully finished. Failure to complete these requirements before check-in will result in denied access, and the reservation will not be eligible for a refund (according to cancellation policy). The security deposit will only be charged/captured if damages, missing items, or home rule violations are identified during the post-stay inspection.
