This is the only private, gated community building on the boardwalk with an elevator and covered parking, located next to the Hampton Inn.
Walk or ride your bicycle to basically ANYTHING in CB! Guests using one bedroom suites are allowed one paper parking pass. There is first come first serve, covered parking under the building and if that is full, there are two tons across the street marked with a Cabana Owners and guests sign. There is a paid parking lot between the two cabana tons.

Located on the waterfront, this apartment is in Downtown, a neighborhood in Carolina Beach. Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Wrightsville Beach. Carolina Beach Arcade and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting.
