Getting Around:

The beach is a 1-min. walk, and Shark Bar and Johnnie Mercer's Pier are about 8 mins. on foot. Downtown Wilmington is about 20 mins. by car and Wilmington International Airport (ILM) is about 20 mins. away.



Other Things to Note:

1. NO EVENTS or exceeding the guest limit

2. Quiet hours from 10PM-8AM per the TOWB

3. As a professional property management firm, we do require a signed rental agreement per the NCREC.

4. Inclement weather will not be grounds for any refund if within the cancellation period.
