Elevator in building. Entire beach front condo, 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom, completely equipped with washer/dryer & gated parking spaces (2-first come, first serve) under the building with parking passes supplied. $100 fee for lost or not-returned parking passes. NO FAMILY PETS
