The 2020 kitchen remodel includes pretty new appliances, a refrigerator with French doors, fresh new cabinets appointed with quartz countertops, granite tile backsplash, under and above cabinet LED lights, and new full height pantries with plenty of storage. In addition, there is a second refrigerator on the lower level. The laundry room has a brand-new enormous capacity washer. Two of the full-size bathrooms have new tubs and vanities. The master bathroom has a new tile shower. But the most fashionable shower is the private outdoor shower on the lower deck.

Appreciate the view of the beach from rocking chairs on the covered porch where the spectacular sunrise and sunset complete your day. Soak up some sun on the deck below or sink your toes in the sand as you walk directly from the deck out to beach.
