Check-In Requirements
Before you receive your check-in instructions, you'll need to complete and sign a Short-Term Rental Agreement through your guest portal. Once it's signed, we'll send everything you need for a smooth arrival.
➝ You must be 21 years of age or older to book your stay. A valid government-issued ID may be required for age verification.
➝ Your signed Short-Term Rental Agreement is required before check-in instructions will be released.

➝ Early check-ins and late check-outs are not available so our team has adequate time to professionally prepare the home for every guest.

➝ Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the home or on the decks and patios. Violations will result in a $750 ozone treatment fee per occurrence.
➝ If you remain in the home after the 10:00 AM check-out time, you'll be charged $100 per 25-min. increment.
➝ Please treat the home as if it were your own. You'll be responsible for any broken or missing items during your stay.
