Escape to our idyllic condo, ideal for a weekend with friends, a calming couples escape, or for families seeking a fun-filled hideaway on Carolina Beach! With an open living area, cavernous rooms, and outdoor balcony seating , this spot is ideal for all. Set just across from local eateries like Uncle Vinny's and Leaf & Adore, and down the street from the boardwalk, there's no shortage of fun and entertainment!
The space
Nancy’s Nest is NON-SMOKING and features two bedrooms. The primary has a queen bed and an ocean view, the second bedroom has 2 twin beds and the open living room has plenty of space to set up the 2 adult sized cots that are stored in the primary closet.
This condo is located on the first floor above the parking. There is one set of stairs to reach Nancy’s Nest.
The entirely supplied kitchen is ideal for a homemade meal or dining in with take out. There is a leaf for the dining table to serve 6.
The balcony has a handsome view of the pool and ocean. There is access to the pool using a fob. Please make sure to return to unit or you will be charged to replace it. Please do not place towels over the balcony railing.
The parking is unassigned and you MUST use the parking pass in your windshield. If you don’t use the pass, your car will get towed at your own expense.
Guest access
You have access to the pool using the included fob as well as the private catwalk out to the beach. THE POOL IS CLOSED OCT 1ST FOR THE WINTER SEASON. There are two parking passes to be used and returned at the end of your stay. The fob replacement fee is $250 and the parking pass replacement fee is $100.
About the Area
Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is on the beach. Federal Point History Center and Ocean Front Park are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Carolina Beach Arcade. Traveling with kids? Consider Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher. Kayaking and scuba diving offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and cycling nearby.
