There is plenty of parking underneath, along with a park-style (charcoal) grille for outdoor grilling if you want. There is also enough parking for a boat underneath the home.

The pool deck is covered with Kool Deck, which is a heat reducing surface product, keeping it cool even during the hot summer months - so it's safe for bare feet.
