Inside, the home’s open concept living and dining area exudes warmth and history, comfortably furnished with period pieces that evoke a bygone era while offering comfortable spots for movie nights and family conversations. The sizable dining table is ready to host everything from big seafood feasts to board game tournaments, seating up to ten guests with ease. Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-returnable cancellation costs and travel insurance (if applicable).
