3 Bedroom, 2 Bath home, cozy, brick, single level 1700 sqft home with a single step down to a additional game/TV room, the ideal hideaway for two families with kids. In a modest, safe, peaceful neighborhood that’s ideal for evening strolls, it is a short drive (3.9 miles from Wrightsville beach) only 15 mins. to downtown, bars and eateries and a 10 min. drive from local Ogden parks and Portersneck area eateries and groceries.
Property includes a huge fenced in backyard, a modest patio. Roomy parking for boats or trailers, and an supplied attached garage to store your motorcycle or hot rod. Sorry the Detached is not supplied in the rental, yet, but we have big plans.
