You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at Carolina Beach restaurants, beaches, and activities.
  • In the Carolina Beach area, The earlier your group can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are booked early. Booking your vacation property up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.

  • Lock your rental home while you're out and about. Protect the owner's property and your stuff!
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected all of your things. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the property one final time and look for damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a wonderful vacation? Many rental websites make it easy for customers to provide reviews. If your rental and/or host was terrific, they would love to hear it. If anything was defective and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
