Charming, refreshed bungalow decorated in a chic, modern boho style featuring 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Dogwood Cottage is within walking distance or short drive to historic downtown/riverfront (1.3 mile) or short drive to all the impressive events, activities and eateries that Wilmington has to offer. The home has a very huge fenced in backyard. We are pet friendly. Guests are supplied access to beach chairs and beach towels.

Features new comfortable beds and beds, central AC, ceiling fans, 50 inch 4K intelligent TV, high speed Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washer and dryer, and wood floors.
