Located in the heart of downtown, just two blocks from the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, Sea Minnow provides the ideal combination of relaxation and adventure. Watch fireworks from your porch, appreciate a exhilarating dip in the pool, spend all day at the elegant beach, or discover the vibrant downtown area with its many stores, eateries, bars, and attractions. Ground Level:

Parking lot access for two cars, beach access across the street 2 blocks away, Boardwalk Entry 2 blocks away, pool, picnic area, stairs to the third story.

Property Level:

Living Room: Grand wall-mounted intelligent TV, Couch ceiling fan, covered balcony.  Credenza Murphy Bed full-size sleeper.  Linens will be placed on the Murphy Bed in sanitary packaging. 2 Bath Towels are supplied. 



Kitchen: full kitchen, seating for 4 at the counter.

Primary Bedroom Suite: TV, Queen bed, ceiling fan. Linens will be placed on the Queen bed in sanitary packaging. 2 Bath Towels are supplied. 

En-suite access to full bathroom 

Bathroom: Bathtub with Shower, vanity

Covered Balcony: access from the living room, ocean vistas, Pub Settee.

Washer and dryer (located in the closet on the balcony)



Parking:

2 spots must use hangtag!



Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and laying on the end of the beds.  



Rental Policies:

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.



Things to bring:

Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.



Arrival/Departure:

Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm

Check-out is by 10 am. 

We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.



Guest Access:

House Rules:

No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette events, sororities/fraternities 

No smoking

You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.



Pool Notice:

Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Units/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.



Pet Policy:

No family pets allowed.



Cancellation Policy:

We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund.  If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Getting Around:

Getting around Pleasure Island is a breeze! While parking can be limited in peak season, especially in fashionable spots, paid private or public parking is available. We recommend exploring Carolina Beach and Kure Beach on foot or by bicycle – they're super walkable and bicycle-friendly. You'll find safe pedestrian and bicycle routes, including the Island Greenway. Renting a golf cart or bicycle is simple, too, with numerous local rental companies. Golf carts are one of the easiest ways to cruise around the island. Units are simple to arrange, and once you're behind the wheel, you can zip along any road posted 35 mph or under.
