The granite topped kitchen island provides added preparation space with bar stools tucked beneath… perfect to grab a late night snack for two!...and if there are 3 or 4 or even more there is plenty of space at the breakfast bar that has seating for 5. Enjoy your “sit down” family meals at the dining table with seating for 8. Two comfy sofas and a recliner positioned to surround the large flat screen smart TV hanging above the Gas Fireplace invites you into this spacious living area with surround sound. In addition to the living, dining and kitchen area located on this floor is a half bath and two queen(brs4&5) bedrooms sharing a bathroom with a shower …perfect for the senior family members. Chilly off season vacation times will be warm and cheery with the Gas Fireplace, and the luxurious  oceanfront Hot Tub.

The 3rd floor has 3 Master Suites all furnished with King(br1) Beds. Two of the three ocean side Suites have a private deck access. The “Grand” Master suite is a private luxurious spa get away….a beautiful marble bath with a soaking pedestal tub, an over sized triple head shower equipped with bench seat and double marble vanity. The 2nd ocean side King(br2) Suite has private deck access and full bath. The third King(br3) Suite with full bath has not been forgotten it too has access to those breathtaking views from the 3rd floor deck through the common area in between the two ocean side bedrooms…perfectly placed as so no one is disturbed!! On this level you will find a full size laundry room with top brand appliances and a utility sink.

The first floor opens into the expansive ground level game room filled with comfy seating to enjoy while awaiting your turn to play on the foosball table. The sofa folds out to a Queen Sleep Sofa for additional sleeping for a couple of kiddos. A full bathroom with shower and a sleepovers dream bedroom that includes a full(br6) size bed and a set of twin bunks. All of which is accessible to the backyard featuring oceanfront pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, and gas grill.
