This is a elegant, high end five bedroom Townhome with an elevator, humongous rooftop deck, and ocean vistas! We are a short five min. walk to the beach and public beach access and we provide a beach cart. Every bedroom has it's own private bathroom. We also have enormous balconies off the living room as well as the primary bedrooms. We have parking for four cars.

Everything is brand new. Open kitchen/dining/living room with a gas log fireplace. All tv's are Roku Intelligent tv's. Keurig and drip coffeemakers.

Appreciate all that Carolina Beach has to offer - outdoor music, summer fireworks, the famed boardwalk, eateries, great seafood, bars, ice cream stores, coffee stores, pizza, a summer carnival, and of course Britt's Donuts. Also, on our island is the Kure Beach pier, NC Aquarium, Fort Fisher historic Civil War museum, and if you have a 4-wheel drive car you can drive out onto the beach at Freeman Park!

Finding your perfect vacation home:

  • June, July, and August are high season in Carolina Beach. To get the most suitable vacation home within your budget, we recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at popular Carolina Beach attractions and restaurants.
  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property management companies typically offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance.   • Re-check every room of the property to make sure that you've packed all of your belongings at check-out. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, remember to take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
