Shell Seekers at Ocean Dunes Resort is a great oceanfront two bedroom, 2 bathroom 1st floor, end unit condo with an expansive oceanfront balcony. 

The Ocean Dunes Resort also includes passes to the Recreation Center with a heated indoor pool, sauna, whirlpool tub, weight room, shuffle board, playground, basketball and tennis court access. This property is perfectly situated between 2 oceanfront pools and the beach access is conveniently located just beside the building.

The fabulous living space with all new furnishing features a 50" flat screen TV, BluRay, with a Queen Sleeper Sofa for a couple of little ones. 

The master bedroom is thoughtfully equipped with a King bed with a memory foam topper & a Twin Sleep Chair, and has access to the oceanfront deck with 42” Flat Screen TV with Spectrum Select cable TV. 

The Guest bedroom with a Queen mattress & 32” TV with Roku. 

GRILLS No grilling is permitted on the decks or in the carports or within 15 feet of a building. There are several grilling stations located at picnic and gazebo areas.

The change reads as follows:
No Electric Vehicles, bicycles, or golf carts with lithium-ion or lithium-ion type batteries can be parked or charged under the buildings or building structure.
It is the owner or guest’s responsibility to know which type of battery may be in these vehicles.
There is outside parking by some of the buildings and there is parking at the Ocean Dunes recreation center.
If the above vehicle must be parked by the unit, no part of the vehicle can be parked under the carport or the building structure. In addition, if parked by the unit, the vehicle cannot impede access through the building drive or block a stairway.

*Linens and Towels: To help keep the cost down for our guests, this property gives you the option to either bring your own linens and towels or rent them. If you would like to rent the linens, you can select linen sets, a la carte, for $34 plus tax per bed, at check out or when booking with a reservationist. Each linen set includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, bath towels and with every order a kitchen pack. This way you can choose which beds you want linens for and are not paying for linens you do not need.
