Bottom Floor - simple living, clean, comfortable, completely furnished and supplied with everything you need for a calming stay... pots, pans, dishware, etc. Boardwalk and Gathering Deck atop the dunes provide spectacular vistas from pier to pier! RENOVATED 2017 interior... upgraded kitchen, entirely new bathroom with tile shower, pedestal sink, new beds, furnishings, etc.! And 2016 exterior... new metal roof, freshly installed vinyl windows, new fiberglass doors, reconstructed decks... Updated yes, YET maintaining the historic appeal such as original wood plank walls and ceilings of yesteryear! With open windows hear the surf just steps away!
