- Living Room: The queen pull-out sleeper is here to accommodate. Balcony with a oceanside view. TV with cable and Roku. Board games, cards, and books for added entertainment.

- Ocean Side Deck: Unwind to the calming sound of the ocean waves and catch beautiful sunrises from the comfort of your own deck.

- Street Side Balcony/Porch: Appreciate fresh air on your private porch connected to the second bedroom. You'll even find a storage closet supplied with beach apparel for your use.

- Location: Just a short walk away from the Boardwalk and a variety of eateries, including Nollie's Tacos, Sea Witch Cafe, and Stoked, among others.
- Exploration: Embark on a short drive to the Fort Fisher Aquarium, Carolina Beach State Park, or the Kure Beach area. For a change of scenery, head over to downtown Wilmington, where the River Walk and Airlie Gardens await. Don't miss the chance to take the ferry to Southport for enchanting dining and beautiful stores. The possibilities are countless!

PLEASE NOTE there is one flight of stairs and NO elevator, first floor is elevated above parking area

- 2 temporary parking passes supplied, complimentary onsite parking. Please NOTE parking can be tight in peak season and is tandem style parking in lanes.
- HOA rules: no trash on stairwells at any time, parking passes must be visible at all times and responsible event reachable.
- No family pets, No smoking or vaping in condo or on decks/porches, No events
- No Open Flames in condo or on decks/porches,
- Portable grille not included, but may be brought if used at least 10 feet away from the building in accordance with NC state law. Do not use on decks or under building.
- Pest Control comes monthly and is mandatory by the HOA. This is the 2nd Friday of the month.
- Doorbell camera present. This device does record for security. There are no interior cameras or cameras on decks/porches.
- Pool is now open for the 2025 season! There is no lifeguard, swimming is at your own risk from sunrise to sunset.
- NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION - Public Beach Access at Scallop Lane is temporarily closed by the town for replacement. Beach access is the next street north or south. This will be refreshed when it is finished. 2025.
- We are unable to accommodate early check in requests. If the condo is ready early, you will be notified on the day of check in. Otherwise, please plan on check in at 4pm.
- Quiet hours 11pm to 7am, however, please keep in mind this is a condo with others very close on both sides and above, and we cannot control other vacation goers.
