▶ Parking: Guests are allotted one parking space with a parking pass. If you have two cars, they can be parked front-to-back within the designated single parking space. Please be mindful that parking availability may be limited, especially during peak season. It's important to use the parking pass and designated space as required, as failure to comply with these parking rules could result in your car being towed at your expense.

▶ Package Restrictions: Mailing packages directly to the rental is not allowed.

▶ To avoid insects and mold, please keep all windows and doors closed. Leaving them open while the AC is on could result in a fee up to $500. For your comfort, we recommend setting the AC between 72-83°F.

▶ The pool on the property is available for your enjoyment seasonally during specific hours. Remember, it is a shared conveniences, so please be considerate of other guests. Maintenance is performed daily during the rental season to ensure cleanliness and safety. Access to the pool requires a pool fob, so please make sure to have it with you to enjoy this facility​​.

▶This home is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning (after your checkout).

▶ Unregistered guests are not allowed.

▶ Animals are not allowed.

▶ No events. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.

▶ No smoking of any substance is allowed in the unit. Evidence of any type of smoking will result in a $250 fee, and you will be asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.

▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.

▶ During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper supplied for your convenience. Please note that we do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly.

▶ Please note that moving the furnishings in the apartment is not allowed. Violation of this rule can result in a penalty in the amount of $250.

▶ Please ensure all trash is taken downstairs and placed into the designated trash bin at the side of the building beside the bathroom​​.

▶ Do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Please use the bins instead. If it is found that something has been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged damages.
