The roomy 3-bedroom/2 bath unit has a king bed, a TV, and private bathroom in the master bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom and two twin beds in the third bedroom. There's also a shared bathroom in the hallway. The kitchen has been refreshed with new appliances and was redone to allow a better flow throughout the living space.

Pelican Watch also offers guests an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sun deck, private beach access, and an area to grille and picnic. This is a fabulous location near stores, eateries, the Carolina Beach Board Walk, and the Lake. It is a place the entire family will appreciate and want to visit year after year.

When to book & When to go:

  • In the Carolina Beach area, The sooner your group can book, the easier your search will be. The best vacation homes are booked early. Reserving your vacation rental six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. Reserving a rental home in Fall or Spring months is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property managers often offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for more information.
