Welcome to Pier View Luxe Retreat, a gorgeous 3-bedroom condo located on the vibrant north end of Carolina Beach. This modern condo building features 4 stories of luxury condos and overlooks the Carolina Beach Pier and Restaurant. Appreciate sweeping vistas of the iconic North End Pier, where you will find live music and great food just steps away! Beach access is conveniently located 30 steps from pool.

Guest will have the whole 3 bedroom condo to relax. Completed in 2025, unit  offers the ideal blend of fresh comfort and coastal appeal. Designed with families in mind, the space features high-end furnishings that are both fresh and inviting — making it simple to relax and relax. Sleeps 6 adults and 2 kids. Each bedroom comes with 55' TV  for evening relaxation 

Resort type pool and hot tub for family to savor. Pool and Hot tub available seasonally. Typically months you can expect the pool/hot tub area is closed will be December, January, February and March.  Pool and HOT tub are regularly service by HOA. There is an elevator for your convenience, as well as a wide stairwell. Two assigned parking spots next to commercial elevator, very painless easy access to building. Condo is dog friendly , but no suitable for cats. Beach chairs, umbrellas and toys NOT included 

We also provide full kitchen outfitted with cooking aids , dishes/bowls/cups and glasses for adults and kids, for making and appreciating family dinners . There are multiple grocery stores and plenty of eateries - to accommodated any dinning choices. Food delivery services (eg. DoorDash, UberEats) are also available on the island - right to condo door!
