“Belle of the Beach” is a marvelous 3-bedroom/3-bathroom duplex located and within walking distance to the ocean . This home features brand new beds, furnishings and furnishings. It's the ideal home for a family hideaway. The location is close to the boardwalk, Tiki Bar, seasonal outdoor market, stores, aquarium, ferry and eateries. There is something for everybody to savor!
First Floor Features: - Open floor plan with living room, dining room and kitchen. - Dining room With counter seating - Totally supplied kitchen (pots, pans, keurig, coffee maker, toaster, plates, silverware, serving dishes and other basic essentials). - TV in the living room, games and books for rainy day activities - Savor the ocean breeze off the living room deck (table & chairs) - Full bath (tub/shower) - Washer and Dryer - Bedroom with Queen bed, & ceiling fan.
Second Floor Features: - Master bedroom with a queen bed and a full private bath (tub/shower) and patio doors that open to a private deck. With crow's nest above for Ocean view - The 3rd bedroom includes two twin beds that can also become a king sized bed and a ceiling fan - Full bath on the second floor (tub/shower)
Outside the Duplex: - Access to a private outdoor shower, storage unit and ample parking for 2 cars as well
- Security Disclaimer: Surveillance cameras (exterior only in carport) are on property 24/7 that overlook the driveway and carport. The cameras are to ensure security of the perimeter to keep our home safe while no one is there and protect your property while onsite. A enormous picnic 8 seat table is available for your use.

Beach Access is just 4 blocks/ 5 min walk/0.3 miles down the street and an simple walk (even with kids). Beach access includes a porta-potty, metered parking, access ramp and best of all, Lifeguard stand! -
