Just north of this condo is the marina with daily departures on fishing charters, sunset cruises, dinner cruises, and boat units. A ten-min. drive takes you to the city of Wilmington. The historic riverfront downtown has brick streets, waterfront eateries, loads of antique stores, horse-drawn carriage rides, and fantastic eateries.
