Elegant Oceanfront two bedroom Condo in Carolina Beach. This unit is located on the first floor of the complex and offers all the basic amenities. Appreciate a full size, newly refreshed kitchen, washer and dryer, dishwasher and complimentary WiFi. There is a roomy deck that has gorgeous vistas of the ocean and a community standard size swimming pool open Mid-May through Mid-September (dates are determined by the HOA). You will be just a short walk to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk with stores and dining. We also have other units in the complex if you have bigger groups and want to keep everybody in the same area!

***Parking*** Parking is unassigned for 1 car (No Oversized Vehicles)(ask Reservationists for details) Unfortunately, We do not have an alternative for additional parking. Please contact the Town of Carolina Beach regarding parking for additional cars in Town tons. Most Town parking is paid parking and many tons/spaces, do not allow for overnight parking. No Boats, Trailers, Campers etc. Accepted. There is a specific bay under the building where you will be able to park. You may be required to block someone in or vice versa. Everyone is required to display a pass with their contact information and the unit they are staying in, in the instance this happens so you are able to communicate. Giant upsized trucks and SUV's may be difficult to park under this building. Parking is limited to 1 space.

As of April 15, 2025 the pool is open for the season.

*Golf Cart: HOA will allow a Golf Cart; however, you cannot charge the cart on the premises. There is no designated parking space for golf cart - must not block in cars (by the pool may be the best option).

  • Property managers typically offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally costs 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gasoline expenses.   • Re-check the property to confirm that you've packed all of your family's items on check-out day. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, remember to take video of the rental to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave a review! Property managers rely on great feedback to inspire new reservations. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other families will will be grateful for your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Please be fair with your feedback If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to solve it.
