Carolina Beach Realty (CBR) will not be held responsible for guests with more than two cars or for cars that are towed due to negligence to use parking passes. The HOA does allow for two guest parking passes, per guest visit. However, the Sand Pebbles HOA does not have assigned parking and cannot guarantee a parking space for any car. The HOA recommends that guests only bring one car during peak season. Sand Pebbles has 91 parking spaces and 72 units.

You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite Carolina Beach restaurants and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
• In the Carolina Beach area, The sooner your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are reserved early. Reserving your rental property six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.
