Surrounded by striking eateries, wine bars, stores and theaters. You get to savor the energy of the Downtown area while taking advantage of the privacy of this third floor property. Located on a river, this apartment is in Wilmington Historic District, a neighborhood in Wilmington. City Stage Theatre and Burgwin-Wright House are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Children's Museum of Wilmington and Magnolia Greens Golf Plantation. Wilmington Railroad Museum and Cape Fear Museum are also worth visiting.
