This family-friendly condo in the Ocean Walk community is just steps from the seasonal community pool. Inside the condo, guests will find an open concept living area decorated with vibrant greens, blues and coral andthree flat screen TVs (50 inch flat screen Intelligent TV in living room, 22-inch in master bedroom) to keep you entertained. There is seating for six between a bar-height bistro table and the kitchen bar. The U-shaped kitchen provides plenty of space for preparing meals and pairs white cabinets with solid surface countertops. Tiled kitchen and baths, carpeted living spaces. A highchair and two pack-n-plays are available for the little ones. Walking distance to dining and shopping and the beach access is only one block away! Two covered parking spaces dedicated to the unit allow painless access to the first floor unit from the stairs. Other shared Ocean Walk community amenities include elevator access, an outdoor shower and grilling and picnic area (the latter conveniently around the corner from the unit at the base of the ramp to the pool area).
The Ocean Walk pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.
Though family pets are not allowed, please not a dog may be present during an owner stay for those guests allergic to pets.
About the Area
Located near the beach, this condo is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. Oak Island Lighthouse and Bald Head Island Lighthouse are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Oak Island Golf Club and Founders Club at St. James Plantation. Traveling with kids? Consider North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher. Scuba diving and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding and cycling nearby.
