Welcome to Carolina Surf 405, this top floor condo's oceanfront vistas will take your breath away! As you walk into the open concept living area, you will be able to soak in the spectacular view of the island. Rest your eyes and yourself in modern, comfortable and casual, traditional furnishings. Unwind in comfort for beverages at the kitchen bar counter or on the plush upholstered living room suite. Climb the exterior spiral staircase of this completely modernized property to a private rooftop patio for your morning coffee. Walk a short block to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk for a more vibrant experience of our famed downtown stores, eateries, and carnival rides. Sleep painless in either the cozy master bedroom or two guest rooms, four floors above the excitement of street level.

Full kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and seating for 3 at the bar.

Balcony is Accessed from the living room and master bedroom. Overlooks the ocean. 2 high-top chairs with a table, 2 additional chairs. Spiral staircase to the rooftop patio.

Parking: One parking spot is located below the building. Parking pass required. Parking is monitored by HOA. Please adhere to parking rules.
Security Cameras are located at the parking area of this property. 

Rental Policies:

In response to increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4pm and are guaranteed by 6pm
Off Season Check-ins begin at 3pm and are guaranteed by 5pm
Check out is by 10 AM.
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early early or plan to delay your departure.

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re rented. If premises are re rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee.

Or wind down with nature at our two state parks, sure to provide a memorable experience with hiking, fishing, and water activities such as paddle boarding and kayaking and search for a Venus Flytrap which is native to NC only. As one of North Carolina's most undeveloped beaches, the island offers a unique opportunity to see many diverse coastal wildlife, including pelicans and loggerhead sea turtles, in their natural habitat.
