Welcome to Casa Kiwi, a handsome and cavernous refreshed vacation property located a six block walk from the beach and a one min. drive from the Ocean Grille and Tiki Bar! Relish your favorite book and a morning cup of coffee in the coziest outdoor living vignette on the street side! With three levels of living space, two master bedrooms, an outdoor entertainment area, and a fenced in yard, Casa Kiwi is sure to please everybody in the family including the dog!

Ground Level:

Outdoor entertainment lounge with comfortable seating vignette. Fenced in backyard. 
Bonus Room - TV, full size sleeper couch, table with 4 chairs, rocking chair, arcade game table.
Wet Bar - with mini-refrigerator.
Full Bathroom - Vanity with shower/tub combo.
Guest Bedroom 1 - TV, ceiling fan, twin over full bunkbed, floor chair that turns into a twin bed futon.

First Floor:
Living Room - Substantial sectional couch, two side chairs, coffee table, TV, ceiling fan, access to patio.
Patio - Seating for 4, stairs to ground level.
Dining Room - Seating for 6 at the table, window seating.
Kitchen - Full kitchen, stainless steel appliances, seating for 2 at the bar.
Guest Bedroom 2 - Full bed, ceiling fan, side chair.
Full Bathroom - Vanity with shower/tub combo.

Second Floor:
Primary Bedroom Suite 1 - Queen bed, ceiling fan, TV, side chair, access to private patio, desk in the closet, en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom Patio: Private access with seating for 4.
Ensuite Bathroom 1 - Double vanity, shower/tub combo, window.

Washer/Dryer - Located in the hallway

Primary Bedroom Suite 2 - King bed, ceiling fan, TV, desk and chair, sizable loveseat with ottoman, en-suite bathroom.

Parking
Parking for 3 cars in the driveway. Please do not block the driveway entrance as this is a shared driveway.

*In Season weekly units are from Sat-Sat. (June - August) 
*Off Season monthly units (mid-Sept. – mid-May)

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm

Off Season Check-ins begin at 3:00 pm and are guaranteed by 5:00 pm

Check Out is by 10:00 am
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

*Property does not have an elevator. Animals allowed; modest and medium dogs only. Rent includes one Pet Fee. If the owner accepts more than one dog, and you are planning to bring any additional family pets, there will be an additional fee of $100 collected per subsequent dog.

Carolina and Kure Beaches are pet friendly, but you must follow Town guidelines. 

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re rented. If premises are re rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee.

Discover aquatic wildlife and vegetation at the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher or appreciate a calming ferry ride across the Cape Fear River to a cozy little shopping town called Southport. Take a trip back in time at the Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Museum which features live oak covered trails and bunkers from the American Civil War. Stroll through the marsh to visit the home of the famed Ft. Fisher Hermit. Or wind down with nature at our two state parks, sure to provide a memorable experience with hiking, fishing, and water activities such as paddle boarding and kayaking and search for a Venus Flytrap which is native to NC only. Located in Carolina Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. The Clubs at St. James and Southport Marina are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Halyburton Park and Carolina Beach. Reserving your vacation home 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.

  • Suitable accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Make certain to inquire about wheel chair entry, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.
