  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Carolina Beach area. Booking your Carolina Beach vacation home in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is an excellent way to save on your rental home.   • In the Carolina Beach area, The sooner your group can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are reserved very early. Booking your rental property up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your rental.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your family qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property management companies usually offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually costs between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gas expenses.   • Protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property while you are gone, just like you would at home.
  • On check-out day, complete a walk-through to make sure you haven't forget any personal items. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property managers rely on excellent reviews to inspire future bookings. They'll be grateful for your review.
