The first and second level each have 4 bedrooms, with the final 2 bedrooms being on the top floor. All 3 floors have a full kitchen, dining room, living room, and sizable ocean front balcony, as well as a washer/dryer. There is also an elevator that runs from the ground level to the top floor.
