Driftwood Cottage is located on the first floor of a three-story, six-unit building and possesses a refined style and designer touches. With exceptional vistas, location and privacy, this home features the finer points of a great vacation.

Savor the amenities and convenience of an oceanfront beach getaway. Savor the striking sunrises watching the dolphins with morning coffee or afternoon beverages overlooking the ocean on the sizable deck off the living room and master bedroom. While steps to the beach and a short walk to local dining and shopping, Driftwood Cottage is also within a block of Carolina Beach Lake Park, an 11-acre freshwater lake, where there is a gorgeous walking trail surrounding the lake, kids's story walk, paddleboats, and a summer farmers' market. If you choose to dine-in, you can pick-up local produce or prepared meals made with North Carolina farmed fruits and vegetables, from the family-owned Veggie Wagon, just a block away. Appreciate an evening walk on the vintage Carolina Beach Boardwalk. After Memorial Day, the town hosts beach fireworks every Thursday nighttime, which can be seen from the deck or the sandy beach steps away.

Driftwood Cottage offers all the amenities of home including a washer/dryer, intelligent TV, wireless internet and Alexa devices for painless control of lighting and music throughout the home. If you must work while at Driftwood Cottage, both bedrooms are equipped with unique two-tiered folding desks. A linen and towel package is supplied, making your stay feel like home away from home.

Driftwood Cottage, Unit 1D in the Sands III Complex has an outdoor shower and shallow pool, making it an superb spot for teaching kids to swim. The home has two reserved outdoor parking spaces.
