Parking for one car is supplied, and the home’s layout is thoughtfully designed to accommodate families or groups. The main living area on the second floor features cozy seating with two appreciate seats, a couch, and a Intelligent TV for entertainment. Step out onto the balcony with seating for four to appreciate fresh ocean breezes. **Parking is very limited in Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. Guests are only allotted one parking space, and Parking Passes are required. Carolina Beach Realty (CBR) will not be held responsible for guests with more than two cars or for cars that are towed due to negligence to use parking passes.
