The Poolside Delight has everything you need and more! Cozy living space with intelligent TV & gas fireplace. Open concept dining area and completely equipped kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms, one with two twin size beds, one with a bunk bed with two full size beds, there is a full size bathroom off the hallway. The primary bedroom has a queen sized bed, attached full bathroom, walk in closet, and private deck access. There is also a full size sleeper couch in the living room so the property sleeps 8 people in total. Savor dining al fresco on the broad back deck overlooking a pretty back yard getaway. Take a dip in the shining above ground pool, lounge in the hammocks, the yard is entirely fenced ideal for your pup! The garage has been converted into the ultimate game room! Tucked away a residential area while being centrally located close by everything Wilmington has to offer, 10 min to downtown, 10 min to Wrightsville Beach, many shopping & eateries close by, a ideal commuter location close by ILM and painless access to hop on I-40.
