Private Carolina Beach 3 bed 2 bath residence, located 2 blocks (3 min. walk) from the beach and the public access. Gorgeously refreshed with tons of space for you to savor! Sundown Cottage is located with in walking distance the ocean front restaurant- The Ocean Grille and Tiki Bar and is close to all the great activities CB has to offer from our Carolina Beach boardwalk, eateries, surfing, fishing, green way trail, boating, cycling, kayaking, deep sea charters, and historic Fort Fisher!

The Space:
Sundown Cottage is located on a peaceful street close to all the action, it's the bottom unit of a duplex. Guests have access to the full downstairs unit which has its own private entrance, outdoor shower, and private side a and front porches.

-Ideal for a family, couples, staycations, or a weekend hideaway

-40 mins. to Wilmington International Airport (ILM)

-30 mins. to downtown Wilmington

-Kitchen well outfitted with appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster)

-Sizable front porch with lounge area

-Brand new side porch

-Private outdoor shower for cleaning off the sand from your day at the beach

-We supply all bed linens, bath towels, hand soap, dish soap, shampoo and conditioner, trash bags, coffee/tea, and popcorn. Beach towels and chairs not supplied

-3 bedrooms Master offers a king (includes private bath and tv), guest bedroom no. 2 offers two twin beds, and guest Bedroom no. 3
offers a king.

-Beds furnished with 5-star rated 12" Zinus memory foam beds

-Full kitchen ( coffee pot, french press, pots/pans, dishes)

-Living area with fireplace, including flat screen (WiFi, Netflix, Amazon Prime & Streaming through YouTubeTV)

The Neighborhood:
The Sundown Cottage is located on a peaceful street directly behind the Ocean Grille. It’s a 3 min. walk to the beach and the tiki bar, and just a short 12 min. walk 5 min. drive to the boardwalk. Also very close to the new island greenway bicycle and walking trail.

Getting Around:
Golf Cart, bicycle or car - there are numerous places to rent bicycles and golf carts close by!

Reserved parking space for up to 4 cars on the left side of the driveway. (Plenty of street parking if needed)

This vacation home is located in Carolina Beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Kure Beach, while Carolina Beach Boardwalk and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are popular area attractions. Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School and Tregembo Animal Park are also worth visiting.
